OUT the ENROLLMENT FORM : You can go to our PRE-REGISTRATION form online and fill out it electronically on your computer. Once you have completed this entire pre-registration form, you will also be able to conveniently SUBMIT it to us, which sends a completed signed copy to us by way of email.
