OUT the ENROLLMENT FORM : You can go to our PRE-REGISTRATION form online and fill out it electronically on your computer. Once you have completed this entire pre-registration form, you will also be able to conveniently SUBMIT it to us, which sends a completed signed copy to us by way of email. We will follow up and call you to notify you that we have received. it. |

REQUIRMENTS for ENROLLMENT: At Cornerstone School Allen, we are commited to partnering with you and investing in your child to provide the hope for a brighter tomorrow in all ascpects of their growing lives. We will review the application you submit and meet with you personally to review our policies and guidelines. This extensive initial interview will help you and us to determine if our program is the right place for you child. We reserve the right to accept or deny admission based upon this process |
